Standing order
If you have a bank account in the Netherlands and are staying with us for longer than two months, the easiest method for you to pay is via a standing order. With a standing order you order Acasa to collect your rent from your account each month automatically.
This way of payment has many advantages:
|
You can never forget to pay your rent in time |
|
You no longer have to bother about your payment |
|
Your rent will be withdrawn form your account at the first working day of each month. |
At any moment you can decide to cancel your standing order. When you are no longer a tenant of Acasa, the standing order will be terminated automatically. If you are interested in paying your rent via a standing order, please let us know. At our office we will help you filling out a form for this method of payment.
Giro credit slip
If you do not wish to pay your rent via a standing order, you will receive a pre-printed giro credit slip around 10 days before the beginning of each month. This credit slip should be paid before the 1th of the month. The amount on the giro can be transferred via your bank.
If you wish to make your payment to Acasa from outside the Netherlands, state the following details with your payment:
|
IBAN (Internetional Bank Account Number): NL73RABO0312903960 |
|
BIC (Bank Identifier Code): RABONL2U |
At our front office
You can also pay your rent at our front office via your debit card (“pin machine”) or credit card (Master or Visa). We do not prefer cash.
