To maintain quality of life and fire safety precautions in the accommodation groups, the Acasa Complex Managers carry out accommodation group inspections. At least one week before the group visit the accommodation group will receive a written confirmation. Click here for the planning of 2010.
While carrying out an accommodation group inspection the Acasa Complex Manager monitors:

Compliance with the conditions specified in the Fire Department Occupancy Permit. |
The Complex Manager will check that the accommodation group meets the fire safety requirements specified in the Fire Department Occupancy Permit.

Order, tidiness and cleanliness in the accommodation group. |
The Guidelines as to what is ACCEPTABLE and what is UNACCEPTABLE
were drawn up together with the residents and are illustrated in a photo collage.

The state of repair of the accommodation group. |
The residents themselves can submit a request for a repair to Acasa. While carrying out accommodation group inspections the Complex Manager will see whether any additional maintenance is required.
